Swift Medical is seeking a Director, Demand Generation to join our super fast growing team!


In this role, you drive an increase in the awareness and engagement of new leads across all business segments, and nurture leads into marketing qualified leads, so business revenue and sales targets can be met. You will do this through marketing channel ownership, and leading a team across customer lifecycle stages.

How you will make an impact:  

 

  • Drive marketing funnel growth and engagement aligned with overall business revenue targets by exponentially increasing the volume of MQLs and the conversion rates on site landing pages from owned awareness and engagement campaigns.
  • Create and execute a data-informed marketing channel segmentation strategy.
  • Provide exceptional Demand Generation Leadership by building a team of experts in marketing channels across media, CRO, lifecycle (CRM) marketing, and in-deal support; excelling at cross-functional strategy and operations with brand, communications, content and product marketing; and being an expert in quantitative analysis to provide insights and steer experimentation within the team.
    • Deliver best in class Account Based Marketing operations to support longer term pipeline deals (across all business segments).
    • Support product marketing’s go to market / feature releases through strategic channel plans and execution. 


    What you bring to the table:


    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, or equivalent experience;
    • 7+ years experience in demand generation leadership and execution in B2B Enterprise, Healthcare or Health tech;
    • Knowledge and/or experience in US Healthcare is an asset;
    • Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, CaliberMind or similar platforms;
    • Experience managing a marketing budget with accountability for financial results;
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously effectively and efficiently with precision.
