Swift Medical is seeking a Director, Demand Generation to join our super fast growing team!
In this role, you drive an increase in the awareness and engagement of new leads across all business segments, and nurture leads into marketing qualified leads, so business revenue and sales targets can be met. You will do this through marketing channel ownership, and leading a team across customer lifecycle stages.

You are a visionary and an inclusive leader as well as possess exceptional management skills. You know how to build and develop a successful team. You are known to scale complex marketing campaigns across an evolving media environment. You have a proven track record of establishing and executing a strategic vision and working cross-functionally to drive business outcomes through measurable programs. You are highly data driven, results oriented and possess a deep knowledge of marketing metrics. You're an expert on modern marketing methodologies. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves or brainstorm with the team, manage projects and provide feedback.
